Prof. Ajay Agarwal serves as BytesWall’s Chief Editorial Advisor for Microelectronics & Semiconductors, bringing over 30 years of global expertise to our platform. A renowned thought leader, he drives India’s advancements in semiconductors and electronics at the intersection of academia, industry, and policy.

At IIT Jodhpur, Prof. Agarwal is a Professor of Electrical Engineering and former Head of the Department. He also holds key leadership roles as CEO of AIOT Innovation Hub Foundation, Director of the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI), and Independent Director at Sahasra Semiconductors. His work focuses on Nanoelectronics, MEMS, and Micro/Nano Sensors, with impactful applications in healthcare, Industry 4.0, and environmental monitoring. With over 310 publications, 110+ keynote talks, and 40 patents, he has earned prestigious honors like the IETE Bapu Seetha Ram Award and the National Technology Award (Singapore).
