In a bold bid to redefine city living, Bold Technologies and My Aion have unveiled a $2.5 billion smart city platform powered entirely by artificial intelligence. The initiative aims to digitize and optimize urban infrastructure using Web3, AI-driven governance, and real-time data to create more sustainable, efficient, and inclusive environments. The project will also incorporate decentralized digital IDs and tokenized real estate to streamline civic participation and empower residents with direct control over their data and assets. Rather than simply digitizing existing civic processes, the platform takes an ambitious step further by embedding “regenerative finance” principles, or ReFi, into city governance and services.
