Unlike broad-based public large language models (LLMs), this collaboration aims to build secure, domain-specific AI solutions that integrate tightly with internal corporate knowledge bases, ensuring both data privacy and contextual relevance. The partnership will first focus on streamlining enterprise operations in sectors such as banking, manufacturing, and hospitality. With an eye on transforming enterprise productivity and customer engagement, the companies plan to deliver vertically integrated AI agents that act as intelligent copilots.
From Travel Tech to Enterprise Intelligence
KOGO, originally designed to automate personal travel journaling, brings its storytelling AI engine into the corporate fold, leveraging its ability to process large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Through this partnership, Tech Mahindra will combine its deep expertise in digital transformation and enterprise systems integration with KOGO’s AI framework to deliver business copilots capable of generating natural language insights and automating decision-making. The joint solutions will also be highly customizable, enabling enterprises to train AI agents on proprietary data without exposing sensitive information to public models.

A key focus of the partnership is on building ‘sovereign AI’ capabilities—AI systems that are fully owned, trained, and hosted within enterprise infrastructure or trusted cloud environments.
